Exhibitors will have a standard-size table and enjoy full exposure and ample networking opportunities in a central area of the conference venue for the morning coffee throughout the day.

Exhibitor Guidelines
Applications – Exhibitor applications will be reviewed and assigned a table(s) on a rolling basis. Once the application has been received, the exhibitor will receive a confirmation letter and further information on exhibition space details as well as general conference information.
Exhibit Payment – No tables will be guaranteed until the NSS receives full payment for conference registration and exhibitor fee. The exhibitor expressly understands that the exhibitor fee must be paid for in full on or before August 1, 2024. If payment is not paid in full by the specified dates, the exhibitor table will be reassigned to another exhibitor at the discretion of NSS.
Exhibit Cancellation Policy – Cancellation requests on or before August 1, 2024 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date.
Hold Harmless Clause – The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury or damage to exhibitor’s displays, equipment and other property brought upon the premises of the conference venue, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the National Sustainability Society, and the University of Washington from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
Venue Property – In respect to the University of Washington and its property, exhibitor information, displays, products or any other exhibitor material may not be hung, taped, nailed, stapled or in any other way posted onto the venue walls or pillars.
Setup and Breakdown – Setup for Exhibitors begins September 9th from 9:15 am – 2:00pm*, Breakdown of Exhibitors is no later than September 12 3:00pm.. *Approximate and tentative
Exhibit Hours – The Exhibitor Space all will be open from September 9 through September 12.
Signage – Table identification and display signs are the responsibility of the individual exhibitor.
Security – Exhibitors are responsible for closing, covering, or otherwise securing their tables each day.
Exhibitor Tables – Exhibitors will receive (1) 6ft table with 2 chairs. Due to limited space, exhibitors will only be able to use those tables provided by the venue. Additional personal tables brought by exhibitors will not be allowed.
