Registration

Registration includes:

• • The NSS Conference Welcome Reception on Sept 9th

  • The NSS Networking and Social Event on September 10th

  • Coffee breaks and lunch everyday of the conference, September 9-11th

  • An inaugural NSS membership through December 2025.

• Optional Workshops (Sept 9th): $60USD and space limited!

* PRESENTING ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER BY JULY 15. Observers are welcome to register through September 9, at the same LATE rates listed above

Registration Policies

• If you wish to have someone who is already attending and presenting their own work present your work on your behalf, you must pay the registration fee. This includes pre-organized panels (four presentations = four registrations)

• Presenter Refunds: $100 refund fee through July 15; $25 refund fee for workshops through July 15; No refunds after July 15. You may have someone else attend and present the work; contact us to facilitate this change.

• Observer Refunds: $100 refund fee through July 15; $25 refund fee for workshops through July 15; No refunds after August  15. 

• You may not register for a workshop only. You must register for the conference as well.

• Partner tickets for the welcome reception are full cost ($50). If partners want to attend the conference, they must register as observer
